Alloa have suffered an injury blow after Adam Ashgar was ruled out for six weeks due to the foot injury he picked up against Rangers last week.
The former Motherwell midfielder joins a growing list of absentees at the Indodrill Stadium, with Jason Marr, Jonathan Tiffoney, Graeme Holmes, Iain Flannigan, Kevin Cawley and David Weatherston all currently out.
Manager Barry Smith said: “It is a blow for us and for Adam that he has picked up that injury. He was set for a run of games in the first team but he has joined the other boys on the sidelines now.”
