Alan Trouten (pictured) got the only goal after 38 minutes as Ian McCall's men extended their unbeaten run to 13 matches since losing to Rovers on day one.

Dunfermline saw off Airdrieonians 2-0 at the Excelsior Stadium with goals early in each half from Michael Moffat and Shaun Byrne.

Cowdenbeath beat Brechin City 3-0 at Central Park, which passed an 11.00am pitch inspection. Dean Brett's penalty and goals from Aldin El-Zubaidi and Greig Spence in the closing stages gave the Blue Brazil all three points.

Stenhousemuir hit back to draw 2-2 with Forfar at Ochilview despite playing an hour with 10 men after keeper Jamie Barclay was sent off. Iain Campbell (penalty) and Danny Denholm scored for the visitors but Colin McMenamin got one back and Jason Scotland equalised from the spot.
