East Fife have the chance to seal top spot when they play Forfar Athletic at Station Park. A win would guarantee a last-16 berth for Gary Naysmith's men while Dundee, who are second, travel to Peterhead.
Group B
St Johnstone are looking for their third straight win when they face Brechin City at Glebe Park while Stirling Albion and Elgin City - two of four teams on three points - meet at Forthbank.
Group C
A draw against Inverness Caley Thistle at East End Park will be enough to take Dunfermline Athletic to the top of the table ahead of their trip to Tannadice on Sunday. Arbroath and Cowdenbeath meet at Gayfield on Wednesday.
Group D
There's a big game at the Indodrill Stadium as Alloa Athletic, with two wins out of two, face holders Ross County. Raith Rovers, who don't play in midweek, have a two-point lead at the top. Cove Rangers face Montrose at Station Park, Forfar, on Wednesday.
Group E
Partick Thistle are looking to maintain their 100% record when they travel to Ochilview to play Stenhousemuir while Queen's Park and Airdrieonians meet at Hampden Park.
Group F
Motherwell welcome Lowland League East Stirlingshire to Fir Park as they try to build on Saturday's win at Annan, ahead of travelling to Stranraer on Saturday.
Group G
Livingston take on group leaders Ayr United at the Tony Macaroni Arena on Tuesday and Edinburgh City host Hamilton Accies, who beat St Mirren 3-0 at the weekend, on Wednesday.
Group H
Leaders Morton are the odd team out in matchday four and Kilmarnock will be aiming to close the gap when they go up against Berwick Rangers at Shielfield. Albion Rovers and Clyde meet at the Exsel Group Stadium in the other game.
