The draw for the group stage of the 2017 Betfred Cup takes place this evening at 6.30pm and is live on BT Sport.
A total of 40 clubs will be split into eight groups of five on a regionalised and seeded basis, with the full fixture list and TV selections to follow next week.
The group stage begins on the weekend of July 15, with the eight group winners and four best runners-up joining the European entrants Celtic, Aberdeen, Rangers and St Johnstone in the last 16 on August 8/9.
