Peterhead saw off Stranraer 5-1 at Stair Park in the only game to beat the weather in Ladbrokes League 1 on Saturday.
Shane Sutherland scored twice, with Jamie Stevenson, Ally Gilchrist and Leighton McIntosh also on target for Jim McInally's side, who are now just two points behind second-placed Ayr United. Craig Malcolm claimed a consolation for Brian Reid's men.
The games at Airdrie, Ayr and Dunfermline were postponed while Stenhousemuir v Brechin was abandoned at half-time due to snow, with the Warriors leading 1-0.
