Forfar Athletic manager Gary Bollan has made midfielder Marc Scott his eighth signing of the summer.
The 19-year-old, who was with Dundee United as a youth player, makes the move to Station Park from Junior side Carnoustie Panmure.
Forfar kick off the new season with a Betfred Cup tie at home to Dumbarton on Saturday July 16.
