Breslin and Stewart join Clyde

New Clyde manager Jim Chapman has made a double signing in the shape of defenders Jack Breslin and Jordan Stewart.

New Clyde manager Jim Chapman has made a double signing in the shape of defenders Jack Breslin and Jordan Stewart.

Breslin, 20, has been capped by Scotland at U19 level - he joins from Hamilton Accies and was previously with Celtic. Stewart, 21, makes the move to Broadwood after leaving St Mirren.

Chapman, who had both players on loan at Annan, told the Clyde website: "This is the start of the rebuilding process. They are two young players who have excellent pedigrees. If they work hard, there's no reason why Jack and Jordan can't go back into full-time football in the future."
