Buckie bring in former league winner

Conway joins Highland League side

Winger Aaron Conway, who won the Second Division title with Livingston in 2011, has moved into the Highland League to join Buckie Thistle.

The 28 year old started his career at Dundee United and had spells at Dundee, Forfar Athletic, and East Fife before joining the Lions for one season Livingston with his senior career ending after a disappointing spell at Peterhead.

The Dundonian played with junior side Dundee Violet last season and Buckie boss Gary Hake is delighted to bring Conway on board as he explained: “Aaron is a very experienced player and also a very good one in a number of positions. I am sure he will do well with us in the Highland League.”
