Motherwell midfielder Chris Cadden has signed a new contract that will keep him at the Fir Park club until the summer of 2019.
The 20-year-old, capped by Scotland at U21 level, told the club website: “I am more than happy to stay and continue to develop at Motherwell - a club I’ve been involved with almost all my life.
“I want to work hard for the team, the club, the supporters and also for the manager, who I am indebted to for giving me a chance and believing in me.”
Well boss Mark McGhee added: “Chris has performed unbelievably well and has shown an outstanding level of consistency for such a young player.”
