Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha has made defender Declan John his 11th signing of the summer on a season-long loan from Cardiff City.
The 22-year-old, who has been capped by Wales, has had previous loan spells at Barnsley and Chesterfield and now makes the move to Ibrox.
John will be available for the Ladbrokes Premiership game at home to Dundee a week on Saturday when league football returns following the international break.
