Ross County have agreed a deal to sign Joe Cardle from Raith Rovers when the transfer window opens next month.
The 27-year-old has previously played for Port Vale, Airdrie and Dunfermline and also had a loan spell at Clyde.
County boss Derek Adams said: "We have signed an out-and-out winger. Joe is very creative and direct which will suit our style of play."
