Celtic clinched their sixth Premiership title in a row this afternoon with a resounding 5-0 victory over Heart of Midlothian at Tynecastle.

Brendan Rodgers' side are 25 points clear of second-placed Aberdeen with eight games remaining and have won 28 and drawn two of their 30 matches so far.
