Celtic restored their four-point advantage at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 3-0 win at McDiarmid Park on Sunday.
Nadir Ciftci gave Ronny Deila's side the lead 10 minutes before half-time and St Johnstone missed a couple of good chances to equalise before Dedryck Boyata headed in a Callum McGregor corner early in the second half.
Ciftci sealed the points with a 67th-minute header from a Mikael Lustig cross as Saints suffered just their second defeat in 12 matches.
