Celtic have signed striker Aleksandar Tonev on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.
The Parkhead club will have the option to buy the 24-year-old Bulgaria forward, who joined Villa from Lech Poznan, at the end of the loan period.
Celtic manager Ronny Deila told the club website: "Aleksandar is a very quick player and has two good feet. He scored a lot of goals during his time at Lech Poznan and I think he can help bring the club forward with his qualities. We can also make him better.”
Tonev added: "I can’t wait to meet up with my new team-mates and start playing for Celtic. I’m an attacking player and usually play on the left side of the park.”
