Celtic earned a very impressive 3-0 victory over Anderlecht in the Belgian capital in Champions League Group B this evening.
Brendan Rodgers' side gave their hopes of progressing in Europe beyond the turn of the year a massive boost thanks to goals from Leigh Griffiths – who tucked away a perfect cross from Kieran Tierney – and Patrick Roberts either side of half-time. Scott Sinclair sealed a memorable win with a classy finish in stoppage time.
Paris Saint-Germain beat Bayern Munich 3-0 in the other Group B game, with Celtic now facing the German champions on matchdays three and four.
