Brendan Rodgers' side progressed 5-4 on aggregate after winning the first leg 5-2 at Parkhead and can now look forward to Thursday's glamour draw.
Craig Gordon saved a penalty before the hosts established a two-goal lead early in the second half but Celtic held on to qualify.
