On-loan John Guidetti broke the deadlock in 35 minutes, scoring direct from a free-kick after Manuel Pascali had been sent off for pulling back Stefan Scepovic.
Serbian striker Scepovic, a summer signing from Sporting Gijon, sealed the victory midway through the second half as Ronny Deila's side moved up to fourth in the table, three points behind leaders Hamilton Accies with a game in hand.
