Celtic today officially unveiled Chris Davies, who was appointed as assistant manager to Brendan Rodgers last month.
Davies has previously worked with the Parkhead boss at a number of clubs and is relishing the new season, which begins with the Champions League qualifiers on July 12/13.
The 31-year-old told the Celtic website: "We know the expectancy here but all we can do is focus on the process - preparing the team, helping the players, making sure that the training method is right, that the game-plan is right, analysing opposition and analysing how we perform.
"Over the last few years that’s been 50 to 60 games a season and that’s what we do. We do it every time and everything is in a processed way. We are all passionate and Brendan is extremely passionate about football and particularly this job."
