Kenny Miller, Lee Wallace and Kris Boyd were on target for Ally McCoist's side at the Bet Butler Stadium.

Livingston hit back with late goals from Danny Mullen and Gary Glen to earn a 2-2 draw at home to third-placed Queen of the South. Iain Russell and Gavin Reilly had Queens seemingly in control but John McGlynn's men earned a vital point.
