Former Hibs and Dundee midfielder as well as Arbroath captain Ross Chisholm has joined Ayrshire junior side Hurlford United. The 26 year old made his debut for the Easter Road side in 2007 and he was a regular for John Collins and Mixu Paatelainen however Chisholm was quickly released by John Hughes when he took over at the Edinburgh club.
As well as playing at Dens Park and Gayfield Chisholm had spells in Ireland, England and Bulgaria however he left the senior ranks after Arbroath were relegated at the end of last season.
