Queen of the South have agreed terms with former Motherwell, Clyde and Dunfermline Athletic defender Chris Higgins.
The 26 year old is expected to complete the paperwork to join the Doonhamers this week with Palmerston Park Manager Gus McPherson saying, “Chris has agreed terms and will be joining us. He is an experienced player that has played in nearly 200 games. He gives us options due to his versatility and can play on three different areas of the left hand side of the park.”
