Cowdenbeath have announced the signing of three new players as they prepare for the 2017/18 season.
New Blue Brazil boss Billy Brown has brought in Jack Whittaker from Kilmarnock - the 19-year-old, who can play in midfield or up front, spent time on loan at Stranraer last season.
Forward Robbie Buchanan, who was previously on loan at Central Park, has signed a permanent deal after leaving Hearts and also joining the League 2 side is ex-Dundee United goalkeeper Joe McGovern, whose last club was Forfar Athletic.
