Ross County have named Owen Coyle as their new manager after parting company with Jim McIntyre at the beginning of this week.
The 51-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at the Global Energy Stadium and will be assisted by Sandy Stewart. Coyle has previously been in charge of Falkirk, St Johnstone, Burnley, Bolton, Wigan, Houston Dynamo and Blackburn, before leaving Ewood Park in February.
His first game as Staggies boss will be against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park in the Ladbrokes Premiership on Saturday as County seek their first win since the opening day.
