Second-placed East Fife were pegged back by Montrose as it ended 2-2 at Links Park. Kyle Wilkie and Jason Kerr had the visitors on course for a fifth straight win but Gary Fraser and Terry Masson replied.

It was 1-1 between Arbroath and Stirling Albion at Gayfield. Kane Hester gave the Red Lichties a 70th-minute lead but Darren Smith soon equalised.

Bottom club East Stirlingshire twice hit back to draw 2-2 at Berwick with goals from Neil McCabe and Thomas Orr after Jordan McGregor and Darren Lavery had scored for the Borderers.
