Premiership

Aberdeen have signed 23-year-old St Mirren midfielder Kenny McLean on a deal until the summer of 2018.

Celtic have signed Dundee United duo Stuart Armstrong, until 2018, and Gary Mackay-Steven, until 2019.

Dundee have signed striker Paul Heffernan following his departure from Hibernian and Stephen McGinn joins after leaving Sheffield United.

Dundee United have signed full-back Paul Dixon until the end of 2016/17. The defender returns to Tannadice after a spell with Huddersfield Town.

Hamilton Accies have signed 21-year-old Czech midfielder Nico Sumsky from Slovakian club Dukla Banska Bystrica but striker Mickael Antoine-Curier has left the club and Accies have accepted a bid from Norwich City for Tony Andreu.

Motherwell have signed England U21 goalkeeper George Long on loan from Sheffield United until the end of the season. Everton midfielder Conor Grant has also moved to Fir Park on loan.

Partick Thistle have brought striker Lyle Taylor back to Firhill, on loan from Scunthorpe, but Nathan Eccleston has left.

Ross County have released Darren Maatsen, who has joined Den Bosch in Holland.

St Johnstone have signed midfielder Danny Swanson on loan from Coventry until the summer but Gary McDonald has left McDiarmid Park.

Alloa have signed Dundee forward Phil Roberts on loan and striker Greg Rutherford arrives at the Indodrill Stadium from Dover Athletic.

Hearts have signed Dutch midfielder Kenny Anderson from RKC Waalwijk until 2016.

Hibernian have signed ex-Aberdeen midfielder Fraser Fyvie until the end of the season following his departure from Wigan.

Rangers have signed Kevin Mbabu, Haris Vuckic, Remie Streete, Shane Ferguson and Gael Bigirimana on loan from Newcastle until the end of the season.

League 1

Ayr United have signed Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Preston on loan for the rest of the season but Paul Slane has been released.

Morton have re-signed Aberdeen striker Declan McManus on loan for the rest of the season.

Stirling Albion have released ex-Alloa full-back James Creaney.

League 2

Arbroath have re-signed Dundee midfielder Dylan Carreiro on loan until the end of the season and Dundee United goalkeeper Marc McCallum will remain at Gayfield until May.

Annan have signed Andrew Mitchell from Southport until the end of the season - the former Rangers defender returns to Galabank for a second spell.

Clyde have signed midfielder Scott McLaughlin until summer 2016 after he left Ayr United and striker Keigan Parker joins until the end of the season following his departure from Airdrie. Michael Daly has been loaned to Petershill and Kevin Watt has moved to Kirkintilloch Rob Roy, also on loan.

East Fife have signed striker Ola Adeyemo on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season.

Queen's Park have signed striker Jordan Moore on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season.
