Right-back Michael Doyle has re-joined Alloa Athletic after training with Danny Lennon's Ladbrokes Championship side in recent weeks.
The former Kilmarnock and Stirling Albion player - who joined Alloa in 2011 - is on the way back from injury and returns to the Indodrill Stadium having not played in 2015/16.
Wasps boss Lennon told the Alloa website: "We were keen for him to re-sign at the end of last season but, like most players, he was waiting to see what other options he had and then, unfortunately, his injury ruled him out from signing with anyone.
"He is a fierce competitor on the pitch, who brings a strong physical presence and has a positive and lively personality that brings out the best in people around him."
