Rangers recovered from 3-1 down to beat St Mirren 4-3 in the SPFL Development League in Paisley on Tuesday evening.
Ross Lyon gave the visitors an early lead but Saints hit back, with a trialist, Jordan Stewart and Mark Barrowman all scoring before the interval. Ryan Hardie reduced the deficit, Ross McCrorie equalised and Josh Jeffries grabbed a late winner for Rangers.
In the only other game this week, Falkirk and Hibernian drew 3-3 at the Falkirk Stadium, with Alex Cooper netting an injury-time leveller for the Bairns.
Ryan Blair and a trialist were also on target for Alan Maybury's men, with Martin Boyle, Callum Crane and Oli Shaw scoring for Hibs.
