Aberdeen and St Johnstone begin their 2015/16 campaigns with Europa League first-round qualifying matches today.
The Dons are in Macedonia to play Shkendija while Saints are in Armenia to take on Alashkert, with the return legs next week.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes said: "We know a lot more about them now than we did when the draw was made but ultimately, regardless of any opposition, it is about what we do that will determine whether we qualify for the next round."
St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright said: "We have some footage of them from last season and they play some good football. In particular, their two strikers are dangerous players so we’re expecting a tough game."
