Craig Curran gave the Staggies the lead but Adam Rooney and Jonny Hayes struck early in the second half and Niall McGinn rounded things off with the third goal.

Partick Thistle thumped Kilmarnock 5-2 at Rugby Park to move above the Ayrshire club. Kris Doolan and Robbie Muirhead both scored twice for the Jags, with Gary Fraser also on target. Josh Magennis and Mark Connolly netted for Killie.

Hamilton Accies hit back to win 2-1 at Tannadice and leave Dundee United seven points adrift at the foot of the table. Billy McKay gave United a first-half lead but an own goal levelled things up and Ziggy Gordon won it with 11 minutes left.

Motherwell and Hearts shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw at Fir Park. Louis Moult and Marvin Johnson twice had Well ahead but Juanma Delgado and Osman Sow replied.

Leaders Celtic are away to Inverness CT on Sunday, live on Sky Sports at 12.15pm.
