Dundee have announced that Falkirk striker Rory Loy has signed a pre-contract agreement that will see him move to Dens Park in the summer.
The former Rangers, Dunfermline, St Mirren and Carlisle United forward has agreed a deal with Paul Hartley's men until 2018.
The 26-year-old has been a key player for Falkirk since joining in 2013 and has scored 11 goals this season as Peter Houston's side chase a play-off place in the Championship.
