East Fife have appointed former Rangers, Partick Thistle and Airdrie stopper Stevie Campbell as their club captain for the new season.
The 27 year old has been selected by player/ manager Gary Naysmith after an impressive pre-season that included scoring the winning goal against Hamilton Accies.
Naysmith said: “Stevie is a well-respected and experienced figure in the dressing room and that was a big factor in my decision. He is a strong mentally and I am sure he will prove to be a good leader of our squad.”
