Brechin City’s 4-2 defeat to Arbroath on Saturday has cost them the services of three defenders as well as damaging their play-off hopes.
Former Scotland player Garry Kenneth, club skipper Ewan Moyes and Jonny Brown have all picked up knocks, with manager Ray McKinnon fearing the season is over for Moyes and Brown.
He said: “Ewan has suffered a ligament injury to his ankle and that will be a minimum of six weeks so we will not see much of him again this season.
“Jonny took a stud to the ankle and he is set for a lengthy period while Garry will be missing for four weeks after pulling his hamstring.”
