Alloa Athletic supporters are in for a tasty treat this weekend when Dumbarton visit the Indodrill Stadium, courtesy of Petrofac Training Services.
Having secured a first ever win over Rangers in the Petrofac Training Cup semi-final on Wednesday, Barry Smith’s side will now go forward to the final 2015 against Livingston, on Sunday 5th April, kick-off 4.05pm.
To celebrate and thank Wasps fans for their thunderous backing on one of the most dramatic nights in Scottish football for many a year, tournament sponsors Petrofac will fuel up supporters this weekend with a free pie for all home fans!
Alloa stunningly came from two goals down to win the tie in the last minute, Greig Spence netting the winner in a 3-2 triumph.
Petrofac are also working with Livingston to serve up the same surprise next weekend when Falkirk visit West Lothian, with details to follow.
Jill Tough, Marketing Manager at Petrofac Training Services, said: "We are incredibly excited about a genuine community final 2015 for the Petrofac Training Cup - as the tournament sponsors we are committed to helping deliver a very special day for both Alloa and Livingston supporters with a number of exciting plans.
“The enthusiasm for this tournament has been tremendous, and with 3.5 goals per game, fans have been rewarded with some exciting action along the way, and no shortage of amazing stories.
“The backing Alloa and Livingston supporters have given their teams has also been amazing, so we’re delighted to be able to give away a “Petrofac Pie” this weekend and next to celebrate their success and as our thank you for their backing of the Petrofac Training Cup.”
Alloa Athletic supporters will be able to claim a free pie (subject to availability) from food outlets at the Indodrill Stadium this Saturday ahead of the home Scottish Championship clash against Dumbarton (kick-off 3pm).
Supporters are encouraged to tweet a #PetrofacPie selfie, this Saturday. Find out more @Petrofac_Cup.
