The weekend action gets under way on Friday night when Kilmarnock welcome Hearts to Rugby Park, live on BT Sport at 7.45pm.
Killie go into the game seventh in the table, five points clear of the relegation play-off, while Hearts are fifth, five points behind St Johnstone and a potential Europa League place.
Hearts have struggled on their travels this season, winning just three times, but Kilmarnock have managed only three home victories in 2016/17.
Kilmarnock won 2-0 at Rugby Park in a midweek fixture at the end of October but Hearts responded with a 4-0 Tynecastle triumph two days after Christmas.
