Aberdeen have the chance to close the gap on Ladbrokes Premiership leaders Celtic to two points when they play Hearts at Tynecastle on Friday.

Derek McInnes' men won 3-1 in the capital back in September but Robbie Neilson's side triumphed 1-0 when the teams clashed in the Scottish Cup in January.

The Dons go into the game on the back of a 3-0 home win over Hamilton Accies on Sunday while Hearts were beaten 3-1 at Celtic Park on Saturday. Their midweek trip to Inverness was postponed due to illness and injury and they will now head north on Tuesday.

Celtic, five points clear at the summit after a 0-0 midweek draw at Dundee, take on Motherwell at Fir Park on Saturday, live on Sky Sports at 12.30pm.

Tonight's game at Tynecastle is live on BT Sport, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
