Morton have completed a hat-trick of new signings, including the return of striker Peter MacDonald. The former Rangers and St Johnstone forward has agreed a deal until 2016 after leaving Dundee while keeper Grant Adam and striker Ross Caldwell have signed until May.

Adam was previously with Rangers, Cowdenbeath and Airdrie before featuring as a trialist for Jim Duffy’s team while ex-Hibernian forward Caldwell spent the first half of this season with St Mirren.

Queen of the South have signed former Celtic and Falkirk midfielder Mark Millar until the end of the season following his recent departure from Peterhead.

Hibernian have secured goalkeeper Mark Oxley on loan from Hull City until the summer.

Stranraer have signed striker Jon McShane on loan from East Fife until the end of the season.

Stirling Albion have signed Falkirk forward Scott Shepherd on loan until the end of the season.

Peterhead have extended the loan deal of Dundee’s Cammy Kerr until the end of the season.

Ayr United have signed Motherwell defender Morgyn Neill on loan until the end of the season.

Arbroath have signed defender Ryan McGeever on loan from Falkirk. Boss Allan Moore has also brought in goalkeeper Lenny Wilson but Scott Morrison has left the club.

Berwick Rangers have signed defender Ross Drummond from Dunfermline until 2016.
