Hearts 2-3 Celtic - January 1
Stephen McManus scored two late goals as Celtic completed a dramatic comeback to beat their closest challengers at Tynecastle. Edgaras Jankauskas and Steven Pressley had Hearts 2-0 up inside eight minutes but Stephen Pearson got one back early in the second half. Takis Fyssas was sent off and Gordon Strachan's men took advantage to go seven points clear at the top.
