Andy Geggan (pictured) scored twice in the second half after Faissal El Bakhtaoui had opened the scoring for Allan Johnston's team at Ochilview.

Peterhead kept up their great run to leapfrog Ayr United and climb to second place with a 2-1 victory at Somerset Park thanks to goals from Shane Sutherland and Rory McAllister. Craig Moore netted for Ayr while the Blue Toon had Scott Ross sent off in stoppage time.

Fourth-placed Airdrieonians saw off Cowdenbeath 2-0 at the Excelsior Stadium - Marc Fitzpatrick opened the scoring and Jim Lister struck late on.

Forfar and Stranraer drew 1-1 at Station Park, with Andy Ryan cancelling out Jamie Longworth's opening goal. The visitors finished with 10 men after Scott Rumsby saw red in the 75th minute.

The match between Albion Rovers and Brechin City at Cliftonhill was postponed.
