Alloa and Forfar are on course to meet in the final of the Championship play-off after both recorded impressive first-leg wins on Wednesday night.
The Wasps defeated Brechin City 2-0 at Glebe Park thanks to a Michael Chopra goal early in the second half and a clincher from Kyle Benedictus in stoppage time.
Two late goals helped Forfar to a 3-0 victory over Stranraer at Station Park Dick. Campbell's men went ahead through Omar Kader on the hour mark, Gavin Swankie added the second in 87 minutes and substitute Kerr Hay pounced in injury time.
The second legs take place at the Indodrill Stadium and Stair Park on Saturday.
