Celtic moved six points clear at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 4-1 win over bottom club Dundee United at Tannadice on Friday night.

Leigh Griffiths broke the deadlock midway through the first half when he seized on an error to score his 50th goal for the Parkhead club.

Jozo Simunovic headed the second and, although Simon Murray reduced the deficit before half-time, Griffiths and Kris Commons struck early in the second half for Ronny Deila's men to leave Mixu Paatelainen's team 11 points adrift at the bottom of the table.
