Queen of the South have signed former Hearts and Kilmarnock midfielder Jamie Hamill.
The 29-year-old ex-Scotland U21 internationalist, who can play at the back or in the middle of the park, makes the move to Palmerston after leaving Rugby Park.
Boss Gavin Skelton said: “He'll bring a bit of dig and tremendous experience to the squad. We've been talking to him for a little while so I'm delighted to finally get things signed up.”
Queen of the South have also snapped up 20-year-old striker Lyndon Dykes, who returns to the Dumfries club after a spell in Australia.
