Stranraer have made former Hearts and Kilmarnock defender Jamie Hamill their fifth signing of the summer.
The 30-year-old, who can also play in midfield, joins Stevie Farrell's side after a spell with Queen of the South.
The Blues had already announced the arrivals of Ryan Wallace (Albion Rovers), Tom Lang (Dumbarton), Paul Woods (East Kilbride) and Morgyn Neill (Livingston).
