Hearts hit five, Rangers top the table

Don Cowie and Sam Nicholson both scored twice for Robbie Neilson's side and Connor Sammon was also on target. Ross Draper pulled one back late on for Richie Foran's men, who are yet to pick up a point.
 
Rangers are top of the table after coming from behind to beat Motherwell 2-1 at Ibrox. Scott McDonald gave the visitors the lead but Harry Forrester equalised and Kenny Miller scored a stoppage-time winner.
 
Celtic made it two wins out of two with a 4-2 victory at St Johnstone. The visitors were 3-0 up at the break thanks to Leigh Griffiths, Scott Sinclair and James Forrest. Ryan Christie netted the fourth goal in injury time after Danny Swanson (penalty) and Steven MacLean had given Saints hope in the closing stages.
