Defender Chris Hegarty has signed a two-year deal with Linfield after leaving Rangers.
The 21-year-old Northern Irishman saw his most recent campaign at Ibrox disrupted due to injuries and he made only two appearances in 2013/14.
Linfield boss Warren Feeney said: "Chris is a quality player. He had a year left of his contract at Rangers but when I spoke to him he was excited at the prospect of coming to this club."
