Hibernian cut the gap on second-placed Rangers to a single point after beating Livingston 3-1 in the Championship on Wednesday evening.

Scott Robertson's fine finish gave Hibs an early lead but a stunning strike from Myles Hippolyte hauled Livi level, only for Jason Cummings to make it 2-1 for Alan Stubbs' side in 15 minutes.

The bottom club had Darren Cole sent off for a second booking shortly before half-time and Livingston keeper Darren Jamieson saved a Dylan McGeouch penalty before Dominique Malonga sealed the win with a late third goal for the Easter Road men.
