Hibs had Lewis Stevenson sent off early in the second half but the Doonhamers were unable to make the numerical advantage count.

Falkirk continued their good run with a 2-0 home win over Ayr United to go third in the table. A Daryll Meggatt own goal broke the deadlock and Lee Miller got the clincher.

Raith Rovers held off a Dumbarton fightback to win 3-2 at Stark's Park. Kevin McHattie, Ross Callachan and Scott Roberts all scored in the first half but Ryan Stevenson and Robert Thomson reduced the deficit before the Sons had Gregor Buchanan sent off.
