It was a dominant display from Alan Stubbs' in-form side, who went ahead through David Gray after 20 minutes. Jason Cummings converted a penalty on the hour mark and Lewis Stevenson added the third goal with the aid of a deflection in stoppage time.
Hibs join Celtic, Ross County and St Johnstone in the semi-final draw, which will be made at Hampden on Monday at 2.00pm, with ties to be played on the weekend of January 30/31.
