Rangers Colts take on Stenhousemuir in Stirling, Arbroath entertain East Fife and Montrose travel to play Highland League Turriff United.
The draw for the third round will take place later this week, with the 10 Championship clubs, plus Alloa Athletic and Livingston, joining the 12 second-round winners.
Third-round ties are scheduled for the weekend of September 3.
