Hearts came from behind to beat Aberdeen 2-1 at Tynecastle in the Ladbrokes Premiership on Friday night.

The Dons started strongly as they sought to close the gap on leaders Celtic to two points and they went ahead in four minutes when Graeme Shinnie's delivery was converted by Simon Church.

Niall McGinn missed a good chance to double their lead but Hearts hit back just after the half-hour mark when Juanma pounced after Scott Brown had parried a 30-yard drive from Alim Ozturk.

Juanma headed a 61st-minute winner from a Jamie Walker cross as Robbie Neilson's men came out on top in a compelling match in the capital.
