St Johnstone are now joint-fourth in the Ladbrokes Premiership after a 1-0 win over Inverness CT at McDiarmid Park on Wednesday night.

Chris Kane scored the only goal with just six minutes left as Tommy Wright's men claimed an important victory, which leaves Caley Thistle in ninth place.

The visitors had Gary Warren sent off for conceding a penalty midway through the second half but Owain Fon Williams saved David Wotherspoon’s kick.
